So progress on my blog has been really slow, but there have a few things keeping me busy right now (the 9-5 day job - which is challenging and so rewarding) but I’ve still continued to post my food pictures on Instagram and I just love the positive responses to my posts. It keeps me motivated to continue this journey!


Ive had some talks about doing a book and promotional work, which is insane because Ive never really cooked for anybody before, only for my long term partner - who really enjoys it...but he has to say that, otherwise he will be cooking for himself 🤣

I’m excited to share that an opportunity has come up to do a pop-up stall in my local community centre in Hampstead to sell some vegan treats - it’s going to push me out of my comfort zone for sure, but I’m so up for it! I’ll post more details on this nearer the time.

For now, here are a few posts from a recent trip to Avignon, that’s given me so much inspiration. It’s now one of my top foodie destinations. I can’t wait to return ☺️
